Product Description:

The NUOMAKE HMKM1E series of molded case circuit breakers are suitable for use in AC circuits with frequencies of 50/60Hz and rated voltages up to AC690V. They can handle currents ranging from 16A to 1600A. These breakers are designed to connect, disconnect, and carry the rated current, and they provide reliable protection for lines and electrical equipment in cases of overload, short circuit, or under voltage. They can also serve as non-frequent starters for electric motors and provide protection against overload, short circuit, and under voltage. This product is widely used in various power industries for distribution applications.

HMIM1E-1250 Moulded Case Circuit Breaker

Rated current: 1250A. This is the maximum current value that the circuit breaker can withstand. If the current in the circuit exceeds this value, the circuit breaker will automatically trip, cutting off the power supply. In a multi-level power distribution system, it is desirable for only the breaker nearest to the fault point to trip, without affecting other normal equipment. The better the selectivity, the higher the reliability of the system.

Functional Features:

Electronic circuit breakers use transformers to collect the magnitude of each phase current and compare it with the set value. When the current is abnormal, the microprocessor issues a signal, causing the electronic release mechanism to operate the operating mechanism.

Signal Processing and Action: After detecting abnormal current, the microprocessor issues a signal, causing the electronic release mechanism to operate, thereby driving the operating mechanism to act, achieving the tripping of the switch.

Protection Functions: Electronic circuit breakers not only have overload protection functions, but also can achieve short circuit protection, under voltage protection, and other multiple protection functions. These functions are realized through different release mechanisms (such as overcurrent release mechanisms, thermal release mechanisms, undervoltage release mechanisms, etc.), ensuring the safe operation of the circuit.

Application Scenarios:

Electronic Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCBs) have a wide range of applications across various industries and settings:

Residential and Commercial Buildings: In both residential and commercial buildings, MCCBs are commonly used in distribution panels to protect electrical equipment and circuits from overload or short circuit damages.

Industrial Facilities: MCCBs are widely used in industrial settings such as factories, workshops, and warehouses to safeguard machinery and equipment from power failures.

Data Centers and Communication Facilities: Electronic MCCBs can be employed to protect the electrical systems of data centers and communication facilities, ensuring their uninterrupted operation.

Transportation Infrastructure: MCCBs find applications in transportation infrastructure such as metro stations, train stations, airports, etc., where they ensure the safety of electrical equipment and supply.

Medical Facilities: In healthcare facilities, electronic MCCBs are used to protect medical equipment from damage due to power fluctuations.

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations: With the increasing adoption of electric vehicles, MCCBs are also being utilized in EV charging stations to safeguard charging equipment and vehicle safety.

Renewable Energy Systems: In solar and wind energy generation systems, electronic MCCBs play a crucial role in protecting the generating equipment and associated circuits.
